Terms of Service
The terms for using WebCraw’s knowledge workspace, AI features, connected tools, and subscriptions.
Last updated:
1. Your agreement with WebCraw
These terms apply to the WebCraw service at webcraw.ai, its applications, and its APIs and integrations (the “Service”). “WebCraw,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. Contact us at contato@webcraw.ai.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use WebCraw for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. A separate written agreement with us takes precedence where it expressly differs from these terms.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information, verify your email when requested, and protect your password, recovery codes, API keys, and connected accounts. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for the permissions you give workspace members, applications, and AI clients. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace owners and administrators can manage membership and access. Their decisions may affect your access to shared content. Do not put information in a workspace unless you are authorized to share it with that workspace and the tools you connect.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the notes, files, code, instructions, and other content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service, including the features and integrations you use. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to upload and process content, including other people’s personal information. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Do not use WebCraw as your sole backup.
WebCraw’s software, branding, and service design remain the property of their respective owners. These terms permit you to use the Service; they do not grant ownership of it.
4. AI, connected tools, and scheduled actions
AI-generated answers and code can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review outputs and verify important facts before relying on them. AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Built-in AI chat, scheduled AI runs, and AI graph filters require OpenRouter’s zero data retention (ZDR) provider routing and deny provider data collection. Requests may fail when no eligible endpoint is available. This restriction applies to inference providers, not WebCraw’s workspace storage, history or security logs, or external clients, plugins, tools and scripts. OpenRouter’s definition permits in-memory prompt caching. See our Privacy Policy for scope and limitations.
When you connect an AI client, invoke a tool, run a script, or configure a schedule, you authorize the actions within the permissions and settings you provide. Scheduled actions may run without you present. They can modify or delete information or send data to external services. Review their instructions, credentials, permissions, and destinations before enabling them.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. You are responsible for your accounts with those services. AI responses may be routed to different model providers; see the Privacy Policy for how data is shared.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or process information you are not authorized to use.
- Steal credentials, distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Bypass access controls, usage limits, billing restrictions, or safeguards, or disrupt the Service or other users.
- Upload unlawful abusive content or use automation to harm others.
Do not submit regulated information that requires special contractual or technical protections unless we have expressly agreed to support those requirements in writing.
6. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Plan features, usage limits, prices, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes are shown on the pricing or checkout screens. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for those recurring fees.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Billing and the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for, unless the Service is suspended for a breach of these terms. Contact contato@webcraw.ai if you cannot access billing controls.
Except where required by law or expressly offered at purchase, fees for a billing period already started are not refundable. This does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests.
We may change plans and pricing prospectively. Material changes to an existing paid subscription will be communicated before taking effect so you can decide whether to renew. Free features and limits may change.
7. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You may stop using WebCraw at any time. Cancel paid subscriptions separately through Billing, and contact contato@webcraw.ai to request account closure or personal-data deletion.
We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
Deleted items may remain in Trash, history, logs, or backups as described in the Privacy Policy. Some file deletions are permanent. Export or copy important content before deleting it or closing your account.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep WebCraw available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or compatibility with every third-party tool. Maintenance, provider outages, and changes to integrations may affect the Service. No service-level commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. You remain entitled to bring claims and complaints through the authorities and courts available to you under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide notice of material changes through the Service or your account email before they take effect where required. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before the changes apply.
For questions about these terms, billing, access, or account closure, contact contato@webcraw.ai.
